The production of the masterbatches takes place entirely in our new production hall in Gemert. There we have flexibility. We want to be able to move quickly. That is why we keep a relatively large stock of pigment. And that is why we have set up our company and our machinery in such a way that we can also produce small quantities of masterbatches, even from 5 kg.
One of our qualities is that we are a relatively new company. We only started in 2018, with more than 25 years of experience in the plastics processing industry; experience in masterbatches in particular. The machines – including 9 extruders (single screw and double screw) – are fully up-to-date, so that we can produce quickly, flexibly and according to all the latest quality standards.
Although masterbatches only make up 2% of your raw material, the bar is high: more or less a thousandth of a gram pigment can make a significant difference in the final quality and appearance of your end product. That is why during production we build in various moments for quality controls. Upon delivery of your order you will receive a certificate with the measured values.
